What does the intake form actually ask? +
The intake form covers your facility type, team structure, WMS and tools in use, the specific process you want documented, the roles involved, your current steps as you know them, and — most importantly — the decision points, exceptions, and workarounds your team uses every day. That last section is where the real value comes from. It captures the judgment calls that never make it into generic templates.
What counts as a revision? +
Revisions cover content accuracy and operational adjustments — if a step is wrong, a role is incorrect, an exception condition is missing, or a procedure doesn't reflect how your operation actually works. What's not included after approval: preference-based stylistic changes, format redesigns, or scope additions. This applies to both one-time packages and retainer plans, and it's written into the service agreement.
How does the Premium intake call work? +
Once payment is confirmed and the service agreement is signed, we schedule a 60–90 minute intake call. I'll walk through the intake questions with you, ask follow-up questions in real time, and take my own notes on the operational nuances that don't come through on a form. You still receive the written intake form afterward to fill any gaps, but the call handles the heavy lifting.
Can I add SOPs to my package after I submit? +
Yes. Additional SOPs are available as an add-on at $149 each. If your scope changes significantly after the intake form is submitted, we'll discuss options before the drafting begins — no surprises on either side.
What industries or operation types do you cover? +
E-commerce fulfillment, CPG distribution, retail replenishment, and 3PL operations across all their functions — inbound, outbound, inventory control, returns, dock management, onboarding, and safety. If your operation runs through a warehouse or distribution center, I can write the procedures for it.
What if I need something not listed here? +
Use the Request a Quote option when you get started. Custom scopes — multi-facility documentation builds, audit preparation packages, or larger retainer structures — are handled case by case. We'll discuss scope, timeline, and pricing before any commitment.
